I’ve been a fully-certified Mental Wellness Consultant since 2000, helping my clients throughout the San Francisco area achieve their wellness goals. I specialize in creating personalized plans and providing the necessary tools and resources to guide, support, and assist you in achieving your desired goals.

Some of the positive physiological effects include a reduced respiration rate, decreased heart rate, changes in brain wave patterns, and lowered stress. In a meditation practice you learn the patterns and habits of your mind, and the practice offers a means to cultivate new, more positive ways of being. With regular work and patience these nourishing, focused states of mind can deepen into profoundly peaceful and energized states of mind. Such experiences can have a transformative effect and can lead to a new understanding of life.
