I’ve been a fully-certified Mental Wellness Consultant since 2000, helping my clients throughout the San Francisco area achieve their wellness goals. I specialize in creating personalized plans and providing the necessary tools and resources to guide, support, and assist you in achieving your desired goals.

The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by helping you identify your core mind, body and spirit challenges, so that you can overcome them with confidence. Only then, will you be able to fully embrace who you are and start living a happier and healthier life.

Service Description

Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. A Reiki practitioner gently moves her hands just above or on the client’s clothed body, helping reduce stress and promotes healing by encouraging a healthy flow of energy. Reiki is linked to a range of physical and emotional health benefits, including better sleep, improved mood, and pain relief. Research suggests Reiki helps your body return to a state of relaxation, which allows it to heal from damage brought on by stress, injury, or disease. Reiki, used as a complementary therapy with other standard medical techniques, can help people recover after surgery and manage symptoms of anxiety, pain management, and depression. Reiki focuses on all aspects of being including mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Chakra Balancing and/or Crystals can also be incorporated in the Reiki Session Location will be provided upon registration, payment can be made to puredivinityreiki@gmail.com prior to session or cash on day of session
