I’ve been a fully-certified Mental Wellness Consultant since 2000, helping my clients throughout the San Francisco area achieve their wellness goals. Yin Yoga and Meditation

Holding various poses, a yin yoga class helps restore our energy

Service Description

In this class we will target your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It’s slower and more meditative holding each pose for 3-5 minutes, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Yin yoga will use props for added support or lengthening. Blocks can be used under your knees in a forward fold, for instance, while a bolster or rolled-up blanket can be placed under your seat during butterfly to ease tight hips. Please bring cushions, blankets, pillows or anything to assist you with the pose. Yoga blocks available. Once registered location will be provided, payment can be made via etransfer to prior to class or cash on day of class
